With a background in the banking and financial services industry, Michaela has a deep understanding of the importance of accuracy, discretion, and trust. Backed by over a decade of customer service and client relations experience, she has successfully built and nurtured relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients. Michaela offers a wide range of solutions, including recruitment support, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations. She enjoys working closely with managers to build strong, effective teams. Outside of work, Michaela gives back to her community as a volunteer Firefighter and EMT with her local fire department. In her spare time, she enjoys a good mystery novel, cooking (mostly by instinct, rarely by measuring cup), exercising, and spending time with her family.
