Malarie Starcher is the principal consultant for Full Circle Business Group with over a decade of experience in the field of human resources and business management for small and large businesses in NH, VT, and ME. She offers leadership and management coaching, organizational development, custom training, and strategic business and people planning. Malarie’s approach puts people first. People run businesses, and a scalable business model is one where employees operate with autonomy and clarity. Malarie had devoted her career to being the bridge between employees and companies that lead with integrity and authenticity.

When Malarie is not working with clients, she is outside working in her garden, spending time with her golden retriever puppies, and being with friends and family. She is a life-long learner who looks for opportunities to advance her career knowledge by reading as many books as she can get her hands on. Malarie has a strong connection to her faith and local community.
