The HR Recharge Cohort + Coaching Program
The HR Recharge Program is a 12-week transformative journey designed for a small group of HR professionals eager to rediscover their “why,” reignite their purpose, and restore a foundation of humanity for themselves and their workplace.
There are six learning modules and six individual coaching sessions, alternating every other week over one-hour virtual sessions.

The HR Alignment Coaching Program
(1:1 Coaching)
The HR Alignment Coaching Program is a 12-week one-on-one coaching program designed for HR professionals who desperately want to reconnect to their purpose and why. We all too often find ourselves running in place and are unsure of how to stop and refocus, let alone have time to root back into why we fell in love with HR to begin with.
This program is rooted in accountability and discovery. We will spend our time setting intentions and building goals and action items to meet these goals, all the while finding your purpose.

Each week alternates between interactive cohort learning and individual coaching, providing the perfect balance of personal growth and professional integration.
