About Me

Emma is a Junior Consultant who specializes in payroll and benefits with a knack for turning complex processes into something people can actually understand (and maybe even enjoy). With over 6 years of experience in customer service, training and development, and compliance, she knows the ins and outs of keeping things accurate and on track—without losing sight of the human side. Think of her as the person who can explain payroll without putting you to sleep, and who believes compliance doesn’t have to mean “cold.” Her background gives her the perfect mix of structure and spontaneity. Emma is known for her upbeat, slightly quirky personality that brings a sense of ease to even the most buttoned-up conversations. She believes a little laughter can go a long way in building trust and making work feel less like… well, work. Outside of the office, Emma wears her favorite title proudly: Mom (to both humans and pups). She loves cooking up big family dinners, getting lost in a good book, hiking the trails, and hosting nights filled with laughter and maybe a little too much dessert. Why Work With Emma?
